Granite Works
The Granite Works complex is a redevelopment project of the old Granite Works site (heavy industrial). It lies in Downtown Delano along the Crow River. Three apartment buildings are anticipated (approximately 200 total units). It will include amenities such as common area spaces and a public trail along the river with enhanced landscaping of the river corridor.
