Pheasant Meadows Estates is a 16-lot rural development in Greenfield. Otto worked with the members of the family estate to develop the property from farmland into a rolling, rural subdivision with lots nestled between large wetlands and woodland areas. The development includes over 30 acres of conservation easement to preserve the natural wetland/woodland environment. Homes are served by well and septic systems.
